This area of SE Queensland has just been through it’s sixth consecutive year of drought.

It is times like that the inherent ‘doing ability’ of the Droughtmaster breed can be truly appreciated. This is why our family has been such a solid supporter of the Droughtmaster breed for more than 43 years.

With seasonal calving and tough feed conditions, the remaining cow herd is selected more stringently for fertility and mothering ability.

The resultant sale bull progeny mirror this selection pressure. Our buyers can be assured through the published EBV’s for fertility and growth that our bulls will go out and be herd improvers in the stud and commercial arenas.
